Objects:
SCP-1001-RU - Void Singularity. This object is nonexistent and its nonexistence is contagious. Every thing and idea that it perceives, vanish from reality, starting with specific manifestations and ending with the general idea. E.g. it was initially contained by using smoke - at first, some clouds of smoke disappeared from reality, then the smoke canisters, and afterwards - all smoke canisters within some radius, including those that were not even seen by the object. It is not smart enough to deduce the concept of atmosphere from the air it perceives, or the concept of Earth from the ground. But it may one day reach such a conclusion. It is currently contained using a memetic paradox that cannot be known. That which, being perceived, cannot be known, but also cannot be not known gives it a system freeze.
SCP-1053-RU - Sealed in the Room. An eldritch being from beyond the walls of this world, now sealed by some sorcery ritual. Supposedly evil, has a high destruction potential. Has some Sumerian vibe to it.
SCP-1007-RU - The Niezsche Virus. The disease occurs in stages. Each stage raises one's pain threshold to a new limit, but it also makes one experience near-threshold pain. Once every 36 hours the pain increases, the victim loses consciousness, the stage advances. Rinse, scream, repeat.
SCP-1069-RU - Vermiloguist. An invisible, sentient parasite, visible only to its human host. Fully controls its host, while leaving it conscious. Delights in cruelty and cannibalism. Made by the "Meat Circus" GOI.
SCP-1175-RU - The Fear Summoner. An otherwise normal walrus whose voice induces permanent phobias. Is not inherently evil or hostile. Phobias are random every time.
SCP-1031-RU - Alkahest. Exactly what it says on the tin - a universal solvent. If gaseous, destroys matter without decreasing in size. If solid or liquid, decreases in size while destroying matter, but slowly increases while not doing so. Essentially, if uncontained, it could melt its way to the hotter layers of Earth, turn gaseous and wreak havoc. Currently contained in a vacuum antigravity chamber.
Characters:
This part is a bit tricky. We don't have many well-developed characters. Not many of these are actually described in tales. There are even characters that have some art devoted to them, but are not described on the site at all.
Osobist. A high-ranking Site 7 security official. Supervises all counter-activity towards hostile GOIs, including denial of access to spies, uncovering and elimination of hostile GOI groups in populated areas, as well as general GOI activity monitoring. He is also the supervisor for Site 7 security service and maintains a network of informants at this site.
Real name Dmitry, seems to be 35 to 40 years old, average height and constitution, grey eyes. He is calm and reserved, not prone to rushed decisions, pointedly polite (even if the person he is talking to is aggravated and shouting out loud). Tends to always look people in the eye, which can be quite annoying.
(His name translates to something like "secret agent" or "jack-booted federal thug". Literally, "a person from the special department").
Eugene Savchenko. A researcher at Site 7 specializing in mental influences. Recruited from a Soviet paranormal research institution. Is loyal to the Foundation, although not fiercely so, and does not divulge any information about his former line of work. Therefore he remains at access level 2. Not very interested in doing a career. Has a marked tendency to be late.
Pretty tall, long hair (bound with a rubber band on the back of his head), dresses in shorts and khakis, likes to wear MTF boots (provides drinks to a guy from Distributions for a supply of these). Only wears lab coats when supervised. Has an acid burn on the back of his left hand.
(The character is not supposed to know that he has a minor anomalous trait - circumstances change themselves to be more comfortable for him. He ends up not doing whatever he does not want to do. That is exactly the reason the Foundation (and the institution mentioned earlier) hired him - to keep him close and supervise. He also tends up to be late for harmful things - for example, if an elevator were about to fall, its doors would have closed before his face, probably to his irritation).
Will probably add more later. If you're curious about the guy on the picture, his name is Dr. John Mocker (Ivan Peresmeshnikov, his last name is a derivative of the word "mockingbird", therefore he changed it when moving to an English-language site). Had a run-in with an SCP object that infected him with an anomalous virus. The virus is bent on keeping its host alive, and is somewhat paranoid, so it does not let its host sleep. Drinking coffee makes John trippy, so colleagues don't let him come within a mile of coffee machines. It is unknown whether the virus is sentient or not, since is shows no activity outside its host.
Other:
The Meat Circus. A GOI that makes various unnatural creatures for sale. Uses heavy biologic modifications and an unknown black metal. Can possibly be defined as a really dark Dr Wondertainment / MC&D hybrid, specializing in biology.
MTF Theta-9 "Karma Spies". Specializes in occult manifestations tracking and neutralization.
Site 7. A Russian site, divided into Site 7+ (an above-ground complex for safer objects) and Site 7- (a subterranean complex for more dangerous objects).
